HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I DO?
Studies have proven that the gold standard of Neurofeedback is 42 sessions. Evidence shows that sessions conducted up to 42 is when the training is permanently integrated into the brain (not 40, not 50 but specifically 42). With that said, you will experience symptom alleviation and could very well stop sessions when reaching 20, however you may notice that you could benefit from a booster session in a year or if you have experience a new trauma.
